Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept non-custom items to be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value within 7 days of delivery.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means items must be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery as indicated by courier notification.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered. All returns will go through an inspection process before they are accepted for exchange. We are unable to accept returned products that have been damaged. If we do not receive your return package as described above, we reserve the right to refuse your return or please note a fee may apply.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All personalized, name, initial letter styles and any custom orders are FINAL SALE.
Return Shipping / Restocking Fee
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, therefore if an item is returned for an exchange, initial shipping charges will be deducted from credited amount. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from credited amount.
Start Your Return
To start a return, you can contact us at shopprincejewelers@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery as indicated by courier notification if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
