Depending on your location, appointments may be conducted at our shop in Houston or virtually via FaceTime or Google Meet. Once you schedule, you’ll receive a confirmation message with next steps. Consultation & Deposit

A consultation fee is collected at booking to secure your appointment and will go toward the total cost of your finished piece. All deposits are non-refundable; however, I’m happy to reschedule your appointment for a future date.

Custom Order Terms

By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms:

• Final Sale & No Returns — All custom engagement rings are final sale. Because every piece is made specifically for you, returns and exchanges are not accepted. The Seller reserves the right to repurchase a completed piece at a price determined by mutual agreement.

• Design Approval — A design sketch or digital rendering will be submitted for your approval before crafting begins. Once approved, changes may be limited or subject to additional costs.

• Stone Changes & Restocking — If you choose to change your selected stone after the design process has begun, a 25% restocking fee will apply to the original stone.

• Pricing — Quoted prices are subject to change if the cost of materials or labor changes significantly during production.

• Timelines & Completion Dates — Production timelines are estimates, not guarantees. While your desired completion date will be taken into consideration, it cannot be guaranteed. You will be promptly notified of any delays.

• Alterations — Any alterations or sizing adjustments after completion are subject to mutual agreement and are at the discretion of the Seller.

• Intellectual Property — Design rights for all custom pieces remain the property of Grillz by Prince unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Cancellation — If an order is cancelled before completion, a cancellation fee may apply. Any work already completed must be compensated for.

• Materials & Stone Variations — Slight natural variations in gemstones or metals are not considered defects. Specific material and stone selections will be agreed upon by both parties prior to production.

• Ethical Sourcing — We are committed to responsible sourcing practices, including the use of conflict-free diamonds and gemstones.

• Shipping — All shipments must be fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. Prince Jewelers LLC is not responsible for packages once they have been transferred to the carrier.

• Warranty — Our warranty covers craftsmanship only. It does not cover damages, wear and tear, or repairs of any kind. Any repair services requested after delivery are available at the discretion of the Seller and will be quoted accordingly.

• Maintenance — Care guidelines will be provided upon delivery. Additional maintenance and repair services are available at the discretion of the Seller.

• Liability — Grillz by Prince is not responsible for any injuries or damages of any kind related to the use or wear of the finished product.

• Dispute Resolution — Any disputes arising from this purchase will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing arbitration or litigation, administered in Harris County, Texas.
